All orders should be dispatched within 3 working days. If your order has not been dispatched in this timescale please contact info@mellowclo.com
For all orders outside the UK, tax and customs charges are to be paid by the customer.
Returns
We accept returns for refunds on full price items. UK customers can also request exchanges. Sale items can only be returned for store credit.
We recommend using a tracked service as the customer is liable until the item is back with us. Your items must be returned in brand new condition with the original packaging and tags attached. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed once it has arrived back with us.
Orders must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please ensure our returns form is included in your package. It can be downloaded via the link below.
