All orders should be dispatched within 2-5 working days. If your order has not been dispatched in this timescale please contact info@mellowclo.com

For all orders outside the UK, tax and customs charges are to be paid by the customer. 

Christmas Returns

Orders placed from the 10th November onwards are eligible for Christmas returns, these orders must be returned by 10th January 2026. Any returns after this date cannot be accepted.

Returns

We accept returns for refunds on all orders and also exchanges for UK customers only.

We recommend using a tracked service as the customer is liable until the item is back with us. Your items must be returned in brand new condition with the original packaging and tags attached. Sale items cannot be returned.
