Orders
Can I cancel my order?
If an order has not yet been picked by our team, you can request a cancelation by emailing info@mellowclo.com. Please note, we cannot guarantee an order cancellation.
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
We will always try our best to update your shipping address before an order is sent out but it is not always possible as the postage label may have already been generated by the time we try to action the amendment.
Can I amend the contents of my order once placed?
Unfortunately we cannot amend the contents of an order once it has been placed.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order once you have received a shipping notification on email. There will be a link on this email containing your tracking number.
Shipping
How long will it take for my order to be despatched?
Most orders will be despatched within 1-2 working days. If your order has not been despatched after 5 working days please contact info@mellowclo.com.
Will I be charged import/duty fees?
If you are placing an order from outside the UK, it is likely you will be charged additional fees once the item arrives in your country. You can use an online import/duty calculator to estimate any additional fees that may occur.

Do you offer exchanges?
We offer exchanges for UK customers only.
My item arrived damaged/faulty.
If your item has arrived damaged/faulty, please contact info@mellowclo.com so we can resolve any issues for you.
Are sale items eligible for returns?
Sale items can only be returned for store credit.
Products & Sizing
How does sizing fit?
Our sizing is based on a mens fit however it can be worn as unisex due to our inclusive size range. Size guides are available on every product page above the sizing options. For further questions on sizing please contact info@mellowclo.com.
Do you restock sold out items?
Yes, we do restock some styles each season. You can also go to the product page and click the 'Notify me when available' button on any sold out sizes incase we receive returns or a restock.
How should I care for my garments?
